Founded in Alberta by young entrepreneur, musician, and educator Camille Labrecque at just 18 years old, Camlo Studios began with a simple vision: to make quality, personalized education accessible, inspiring, and enjoyable for students of all ages and abilities.

What started as one young woman’s passion for music and teaching has grown into a vibrant, community-focused educational studio offering a diverse range of creative and academic opportunities.

Today, Camlo Studios proudly serves families throughout Didsbury, Olds, Water Valley, Cremona, and surrounding Alberta communities.

And while we’ve grown, our heart has remained the same. We’re not just here to teach lessons. We’re here to make a difference.

Our Story

Camlo Studios was born from the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to explore their potential, regardless of their age, background, experience, or learning style. As a lifelong musician, Camille understood firsthand the transformative power of music and education. She also recognized that learning should never feel intimidating, inaccessible, or limited to a one-size-fits-all approach. With a passion for entrepreneurship and a determination to create something meaningful, she founded Camlo Studios at just 18 years old.

Since then, the studio has grown beyond its musical roots, bringing together passionate educators, talented students, supportive families, and a community that believes in the importance of creativity and lifelong learning. Every milestone, every performance, every new skill mastered, and every student’s smile has helped shape Camlo Studios into what it is today.

What We Offer

Music Education

From first notes to advanced musical development, we offer instruction in violin, piano, voice, guitar, ukulele, and music theory. Our lessons encourage technical growth, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

Through personalized academic tutoring and French instruction, we help students strengthen their skills, overcome challenges, and approach learning with confidence.

Our creative offerings, including crochet instruction, encourage imagination, patience, independence, and the joy of learning something new.

Through additional services such as childcare and pet sitting, we strive to support the families who make our community so special.

From supporting families facing unimaginable challenges to participating in local celebrations and charitable initiatives, we are passionate about using our talents and resources to make a positive impact.

Through student entrepreneurship opportunities, community markets, and hands-on learning experiences, we encourage young people to explore their creativity, develop real-world skills, and discover the value of their own ideas. Camille Labrecque | Founder & Owner

Musician. Educator. Entrepreneur. Community Advocate.

Camille founded Camlo Studios at 18 years old with a dream of creating an educational environment that felt less like a traditional classroom and more like a second home. With over a decade of musical experience, international music competition recognition, and a passion for working with young people, Camille has dedicated much of her life to the arts, education, and community involvement.

Beyond the studio, she is an internationally published model, performer, firefighter, and Miss Central Alberta 2026. Her work in entrepreneurship, music, and community advocacy reflects her belief that age should never limit ambition and that success is most meaningful when it creates opportunities for others. Under her leadership, Camlo Studios has continued to expand its services, welcome new educators, and connect with families throughout Central Alberta.

It’s watching students discover what they’re capable of, seeing families become friends, and knowing that something she created is making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
